AZ Homework is a home-record service, primarily so Arizona homeowners have a documented record of their home to rely on when they buy or sell. As a secondary service, AZ Homework also helps homeowners connect with local contractors for repairs and upgrades.
If you use "Get it done" to request quotes, you are asking AZ Homework to share that request — the items you picked and your general area, not your name, phone, or exact address unless you choose to share that directly — with one or more contractors in our vetted network so they can follow up with you. By submitting a request, you authorize us to do this on your behalf. AZ Homework is not a party to any work you agree to, is not a contractor, and does not guarantee any contractor's pricing, availability, licensing, or quality of work. Any agreement for services is between you and the contractor you choose to work with.
Claiming a home requires that we can reasonably verify you against the county's owner-of-record data. What you add to a claimed home's record should be accurate to the best of your knowledge — other visitors, including a future owner, may see it.
We build each home's base record from county and market data and try to keep it current, but it may be incomplete or out of date. It is not an appraisal, an inspection, or a substitute for your own diligence — verify anything important before relying on it.

These Terms govern your use of AZ Homework (azhomework.com). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
AZ Homework provides Arizona homeowners with a record for their home, built from county assessor records (Maricopa and Pima) and, where available, licensed real estate market data, which homeowners may claim and update. As a secondary service, AZ Homework helps homeowners connect with contractors for repairs and upgrades identified through the site.
When you submit a quote request through "Get it done" (on a home page, the /quote/ page, or your /manage/ dashboard), you authorize AZ Homework to share that request — the items selected and your general area — with one or more contractors in its vetted network, so they may contact you about it. Your name, phone number, or exact address are shared with a contractor only if you choose to provide that information to them directly. AZ Homework does not charge homeowners for this matching and does not control, supervise, or guarantee the work of any contractor. You are solely responsible for vetting and contracting with any contractor you choose to work with.
You must be the owner (or an authorized representative of the owner) of a home to claim it. We verify claims against the county's owner-of-record data on a best-effort basis; a false claim does not remove or alter the home's existing seeded record, and we may reverse a claim we believe was made in error or bad faith. Content you add to a claimed home's record should be accurate; you are responsible for what you add.
The site and the records on it are provided "as is." We do not warrant that any record is complete, current, or error-free. Nothing on the site is an appraisal, a professional inspection, legal advice, or a guarantee of a home's condition or value; a CMA/valuation prepared through the site is an estimate for the requesting homeowner, not an appraisal, and does not create a listing agreement or any obligation.
To the extent permitted by law, AZ Homework is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on a record, or your dealings with any contractor matched through the site.
We may update these Terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
