Your price depends on the ZIP. Divide it by the homes on those pages and most ZIPs come out under a penny per home per month. These are home pages your card appears on, not a count of people who will see it.

No. Any licensed Arizona real estate agent can sponsor. We ask for your license number and confirm it against the Arizona Department of Real Estate's public records before your card appears.
We do not promise inquiries or sales. Your card is on every home page in the ZIP, and homeowners who want an agent can add yours to their request. What you get for sure is the placement and the dashboard.
One agent sponsor per ZIP. While you sponsor it, no other agent can take it. If a ZIP is already sponsored you can ask to be told when it opens.
Yes, any time. Your card comes down when you cancel. You can also pay once for a year and get 12 months for the price of 10.
If you add your brokerage when you set up your card, it shows on the card. Your brokerage's own rules for advertising still apply, so check with your broker.
It does not have days on market or listing activity. It is built from county records: sale prices, ownership length, permits and home details. In some ZIPs the county does not publish sale prices, and the ZIP check above tells you when that is the case.
