    permit on fileHeating & cooling — Gas Line Replacement Scope Of Work To Replace Gas Line On Property Starting From Meter To Edge Of Home Is As Follows: -Disconnect And Remove All Existing Black Iron Piping From Areas Where It Is Accessible Up To 6 Feet Above Ground Level On Left Side (From Front) Of House -Install New Three-Quarter Inch 90 Coming Off Of Meter Install Three-Quarter Inch Lead With 15 Pound Pressure Gauge For Future Testing -Run Three-Quarter Inch Piping Down Wall And Through Back Wall Mounting Piping To Wall Per Code With Struts -Install 1 Inch Pe Adaptor Under Grade At No Less Than 12” To Top Of Pipe. -Run New Section Of 1 Inch Pe Under Trench To The Left Side Of Home To Tie Into 1 Inch Riser And Install New Mega Ball Valve- Trench Will Be Approx. 75 Feet Long Burrowing Under Small Brick Path And Drilling Through One Wall. Piping Penetrating Wall Will Need To Be Sleeved With Abs Or Pvc Through The Wall. -Upon Completion Of Install, We Will Perform A 15 Pound Gas Pressure Test For 30 Minutes To Ensure Proper Hold Of Pressure -Upon Pass Test, We Will Leave Line Pressurized With Air And Finalize Permitting Process And Schedule Inspections. Overhead Gasline Replacement Upon Secondary Pressure Test, If Overhead Is Found To Be Leaking, We Will Replace All The Gas Lines From South Edge Of Home Up Over Ceiling, Penetrating Through Roof To Supply Water, Heater And Furnace, And Off The North Side, Dropping Down The Wall To Supply The Grill. All Piping To Be Run In Inch And A Quarter Gas Piping. This Line Item Is Only Necessary In The Event That The Overhead Is Independently Leaking When Tested.
